ABOUT FIXED SLOTS
Fixed slots are available to private 1:1 clients with a studio membership (4 or 8 sessions per month) and semi-private clients who attend at least four sessions with their practice partner every month.
A fixed slot allows you to secure a regular weekly appointment, making it easier to maintain consistency in your Pilates practice. Once confirmed, your slot is reserved exclusively you and removed from the public calendar, so other clients cannot book it.
AVAILABILITY
The following slots are currently available:
TUESDAY 10:30am · 3:45pm · 5pm
WEDNESDAY 3:15pm · 5pm
THURSDAY 11am · 4pm
FRIDAY 8:30am · 9:45am · 11am
SATURDAY 11:15am
If you’re interested in taking one of the above times on a regular weekly basis (or if you’d like to be added to the waiting list for another time), please get in touch here.
In order to secure a fixed slot:
Private clients need an active studio membership – either 4 sessions per month or 8 sessions per month.
Semi-private clients are required to pay in full for the upcoming month’s sessions by the 28th of every month.
AGREEMENT
By taking a fixed slot, we work on the understanding that this appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and that you will attend regularly at your agreed time each week unless I’m told otherwise.
Private 1:1 sessions will be automatically scheduled at your usual time at the beginning of each membership cycle, at which point you’ll receive confirmation of your upcoming dates.
Semi-private 2:1 clients will be sent booking links for the upcoming month’s sessions, which will be due for payment in full by the 28th in order to secure the slots.
If you need to move a session, you are welcome to reschedule via the calendar (semi-private clients will be sent a separate calendar). Please try to give me plenty of advance warning where possible, so I have enough time to fill the slot elsewhere. Thank you!
If you do wish to reschedule a regular session, please note that alternative appointments are subject to availability.
While occasional changes are absolutely fine, if sessions are frequently rescheduled or cancelled, the fixed slot arrangement may need to be reviewed to ensure the schedule remains fair and workable for everyone.
If you need a little more flexibility, you may find that booking drop-in sessions on a more ad hoc basis may suit you better.
