I highly recommend booking all sessions in advance in order to make sure you can use up your credits within the stated usage period. Unused credits cannot be carried beyond the expiry date.

ADDRESS

8 Lower Ormond Street, Manchester M1 5QF (2nd Floor, studio 10)

  1. The main entrance (ground floor) is open 8:30am-6pm. Please see photograph of the front door! Head up to the 2nd floor.

  2. When you reach the second floor, you’ll see a silver doorbell panel and list of studios. At your scheduled appointment time, dial studio 10 and I will come to meet you. If you arrive early, please wait before calling through.

  3. Please be aware that the bathroom is only accessible only once you’ve been shown through.

  4. If you come for a session outside of the main hours and the ground floor entrance is shut, call me (see email confirmation for number) and I’ll come down to fetch you. 

CANCELLATION, ILLNESS & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  1. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a booking. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  2. Please do not come into the studio if you have symptoms of potentially contagious illness, even if you feel well enough to work out. You can choose to take a private over Zoom instead (mat or apparatus), to avoid in-person contact, otherwise the 24 hour cancellation policy will apply.

  3. If you’re running late, please let me know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late for a private session and you have not made contact with the studio, the session will be considered cancelled. 

ARRIVAL TIMES

There is no waiting room or changing area, so I kindly ask that all clients wait until their scheduled appointment time before ringing the doorbell. This is because I use the time between clients to clean and check equipment, update client records, and take refreshment breaks. If clients buzz early, they will be asked to wait in the stairwell until their appointment.

Please rest assured that this won’t affect the length of your actual session, as I allocate an additional few minutes across the start and end of each session to allow clients time to get ready and gather their things.

WHAT TO WEAR

  1. Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. It doesn’t need to be form-fitting (although this is preferable), however if you wear shorts, please make sure they’re either fitted or they have integrated liners for modesty purposes!

  2. Please do not wear clothes with zippers, studs or anything else that could scratch or tear the apparatus upholstery.

  3. Please tie up long hair and remove jewellery for safety purposes, as both can get caught in the apparatus. Jewellery can also scratch and tear apparatus, as above.

  4. Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety purposes, as regular socks are slippery during footwork and standing work. These can be purchased cheaply online.
